Q. What is an affirmation? A sentence or a phrase that is repeated to oneself in order to bring about or maintain a personal change. Affirmations can be a mantra and are considered "self talk" to the subconscious mind.
Q. What is the purpose of affirmations? To create a mind-set or to build powerfully supportive beliefs around the things that you want to create or achieve in your life.
Q. How do they work? Ideas and desires are communicated to your subconscious mind in a language it understands and accepts, aligning itself with your goals and aspirations.
